If you are not a bank what are you?

CashCardOne PTE LTD. is incorporated under Singapore law and operates a Stored Value Facility (SVF) under the Singapore Payment Systems (Oversight) Act (2006). The CashCardOne stored value facility does not require the approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. However, CashCardOne is required to be fully registered and there are multiple guidelines and regulations that CCO is required to follow in order to ensure compliance.

I have a bad credit history. Can I still get a current account?

Yes, you can get a CashCardOne account regardless of your credit history. We do not initiate any credit checks. If you wish to transact at our highest levels and open additional additional accounts, we reserve the right to run a credit check on you.

Am I able to withdraw cash out of my CardCardOne account?

As your CCO Card is connected directly to your online CCO Everyday Banking account, you can withdraw cash from most cash machines (ATMs) that display the MasterCard acceptance mark using your CCO card and PIN. There is a maximum daily cash withdrawal limit of $8,000 from cash machines (ATMs) subject to verified KYC level 2 account status.

It is also possible to withdraw cash over the counter at any major bank. To use this service, you will need to present your card along with photo identification.

You can also get cash back from some retailers who offer this service.

How much does the CashCardOne Everyday Banking account cost?

For only $10 per month for Personal and $25 a month for Business,  all clients receive a secure online virtual bank account that allows them to manage their finances easily and hassle free. They will have access to our online account system 24/7 and access to all account management features. They are able to transfer funds to other CashCardOne members, and transfer any part of their available balance to any of our High Interest Bearing Accounts. They also receive the added convenience of a FREE CashCardOne Debit MasterCard, enabling them to shop on or offline or withdraw money at home or abroad. 

You will not find a more extensive and flexible digital Bank Account - available to you for less than the price of a lunch!

How can I check my balance? Do you send paper statements?

You can check your balance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using our secure online banking facility.  You can view your statements online and print them for safe keeping or as proof of account ownership.

Can I apply if I'm self employed?

Yes, you can apply whatever your circumstances. We accept applications from the employed, self employed and unemployed. As we perform no credit checks, you can still be accepted for a CashCardOne account even if you have had credit problems in the past or never held a bank account. We will also accept applications where major banks may have turned you down due to bankruptcy, etc.

Do you provide online account management?

Absolutely! After we have approved your account, you will allow be able to create your own secure login password in order to log in to your account management centre 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.

Using our secure online banking facility, you will be able to check balances and view statements, order a card, authorise and amend direct debits, set up and amend standing orders, pay your bills via our Faster Payment service and amend your personal details.

Do you pay interest?

Yes, in fact, our deposit accounts are some of the highest yielding major currency savings accounts anywhere.  We are, however, unable to pay interest on any funds credited to your Everday Banking current account; interest is paid only into your High Interest accounts.

Do you offer cheque books?

No. CashCardOne operates 100% online and neither issues nor accepts cheques.

How do I pay a bill/transfer money?

You can quickly and easily transfer money out of your Everyday Banking account. Our money transfer fees and exchange rates are highly competitive and cheaper than most banks. You can expect your funds to arrive within 24 - 48 hours. If you have requested a free CashCardOne Debit Card, you are able to withdraw cash at anytime from any ATM that bears the MasterCard logo worldwide.

Please note that restrictions may apply for transfers to countries on the United Nations, United States and European Union’s black lists.

Where is my money kept - is it safe?

Your money in your online account is completely safe at all times!  All client funds are held completely securely and separately from our own operating funds.  They are either in secure accounts at approved banks or in secure liquid placements.

I’m having trouble logging in – can you help?

Have you fallen behind on your monthly fee?
After three months your account will fall into a dormant status if you have not logged in during that time and have not had sufficient funds to cover your monthly fee.

Do you have a username?
You chose a username when you registered your account.  If you do not remember your username, please contact Customer Service.

Have you forgotten your password?
If you cannot recall your password, simply hit the 'forgot password' link located in your Account Login area.  Instructions on how to reset your password will be emailed to you.

You are getting the error message “Your login attempt failed”. What do you do?
This is because you are either entering your password incorrectly or you are failing the security questions that you have set up.

Please note that the password is case sensitive. To ensure that you are typing in the correct password, type the password into the username field and check it against the password letter. If it is correct, please cut and paste it into the password box, remembering to re-enter your username.

If you fail either of these too many times, the account will be locked for security purposes and any further login attempts will fail because the account is locked – even if you enter the correct username and password. Please contact Customer Service to unlock your account and assist you with a new password.

Can I transfer money in from my PayPal account?

Yes. The CashCardOne current account can be used in conjunction with your Paypal account.  You are limited to sending a maximum of $950 daily  in any currency.  Full details on PayPal funding are in the Deposit Options Document located in your CashCardOne profile area.

Can I fund my account via BitCoin?

Yes. You are able to add funds to your account via BitCoin.  Full details on BTC fundings are available in the Deposit Options Document located in your CashCardOne profile area.

Do I have an IBAN or SWIFT code?

We offer IBAN accounts for Business and Corporate clients only. "IBAN" stands for International Bank Account Number, which you use when making or receiving international payments.

Your IBAN doesn't replace your bank code & account number - it's an additional number that contains extra information to help overseas banks identify your account for payments.

A SWIFT code (or SWIFTBIC, as it's sometimes known) is a code that helps overseas banks identify which bank to send money to. For example, if an overseas bank is sending a payment to your CashCardOne account, they'll need to know our SWIFT code.

Your IBAN & SWIFT numbers are displayed in the login area of your online account.

What are my transaction limits?

All new accounts, whether Personal or Business, are able to transact up to $1,000 daily.  Once you have accumulated $5,000 worth of transactions, you will be required to submit valid government issued photo ID such as your passport or driver's license, and address verification documents such as a utility bill, bank statement, etc dated within the past three months.

Once we have received and verified your documents, you are able to transact up to $150,000 daily.
